Jessica Bee
Jessica has more than 17 years experience as an interior designer and has been with TBI for more than ten years. She is a multi-talented interior designer easily blending difficult technical requirements and technologies into beautiful spaces and into her customer’s good favor. A master at the art of communication, you will know when you have worked with Jess when you leave a meeting content and secure that everything is good.
tiffany amado
Tiffany has extensive industry experience in corporate, higher education, government and healthcare markets. She earned her Interior Design B.A. from the Southwest University of Visual Arts and went on obtained her NCIDQ certification. She has extensive experience with systems furniture and end-user facilities having previously worked for the Veteran Affairs Healthcare Systems in Tucson, AZ. Tiffany enjoys being a mom, a wife and spending time outdoors. Tiffany has easily fit into TBI’s culture and is ready to design.
Brian Crowley
Brian - a native from Tucson - has worked with TBI for the past 22 years. He has worked in several capacities including sales, project planning, project management, and project coordination. Brian is trustworthy and works hard to build meaningful relationships with clients. He holds a degree in Adolescent Development from the University of Arizona.
Kat Hopton
Kat has over 22 years of experience in the contract furniture industry. Former professional experience began as Office Manager of Facilitec Nevada for 11 years. Kat joined TBI’s team in 2015 as administrator and has grown into an integral part of our team. Kat served as TBI’s President for a multi-year stint. She brings an attention to detail and an ability to process complex situations.
Robert Sainz
Robert is a true field general with over 15 years experience as TBI’s Operations Manager. Cumulatively, he has over 32 years of experience with TBI and is a key component to TBI’s success.
Eddie Cocio
Eddie is our Warehouse Manager and is a capable Lead Installer and has 27 years of industry experience.
Dan Mootz
Dan is one of our lead installers and has 32 years of industry experience.
Greg Cates
Greg is one of our lead installers and has 32 years of industry experience.
Jesse Gutierrez
Jesse is one of our lead installers and has 24 years of industry experience.
Jimmy hall
Jimmy is one of our installers and has 7 years of industry experience.

Matt Hopton
Matt has more than 30 years industry experience and more than 21 with TBI. Matt has done it all: sales, project management, general management, installation, scheduling, and inside sales. Currently, Matt serves as TBI’s Operations Manager.
James Cain
Jim has been with TBI since 1997. Tours through sales and operations uniquely positioned him to buy TBI in 2004. Since then Jim has remained a steady hand guiding TBI to record sales and exemplary service. Jim affectionately refers to TBI as a technology company that happens to sell furnishings. This is not a casual comment. Jim’s background in information technology allowed him to develop a custom operating system that allows TBI to be more efficient than TBI’s competitors. We simply do more with less. Jim graduated from UCLA with an economics business degree in 1993. He has served as President and Chairman of the Board from 2004 through 2026.
